VP for Operations
Mr. Shrady Sr. has formerly worked with the Federal Bureau of Investigations. He has also been a coordinator and financial manager of a large non-profit in Long Island, NY, where he assisted in the housing program for displaced families. He also has experience serving people with disabilities. His organizational abilities are an asset to the agency. He serves as a Eucharist Minister at the National Cathedral in Washington.
As VP for Operations, he directs the day-to-day functioning of the office and the field units. He advises the Frontline board and the president on financial planning, insurance policies. His various roles include liaison between Frontline and local and federal government agencies in DC and Maryland.
Frontline Community Services, recognized in the greater Washington D.C. area for dedicated supports and services to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (ID/DD). The agency has a proven track record of person-centered planning and effective program implementation.
The Frontline team supports persons with disabilities to make strides in life; supporting them from dependence to the highest level of independence; as persons who have a contribution to make to the communities of which they are a part.
