Frontline Community Services was launched in 2002 as a non-profit. It took on the present identity in 2009, and since then has made significant progress under a leadership team committed to the cause of improving the lives of people with disabilities.

A not-for-profit 501 (c) (3) agency, Frontline provides high quality of care and sets the pace in meeting healthcare needs irrespective of age, race, color, sexual orientation or ethnicity, in the least restrictive setting

Among the innovative programs launched by Frontline to engage individuals in proactive community building activities is the Feeding the Homeless initiative in the DC metro area, and the development of a LifeStyle Training program affiliated to the Washington Adventist University.

With a firm conviction that we can by positive actions and methods improve the quality of life for people served, Frontline’s mission is titled: Bringing Meaning to Lives.

OUR VISION

Through personalized settings and person-centered programs, Frontline’s role in serving people with disabilities is based on integrity combined with diligence. A diverse group of staff and supervisors are united in the purpose of building lives and reaching out to fulfil hopes.

WHO WE ARE

Frontline Community Services, recognized in the greater Washington D.C. area for dedicated supports and services to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (ID/DD). The agency has a proven track record of person-centered planning and effective program implementation.

The Frontline team supports persons with disabilities to make strides in life; supporting them from dependence to the highest level of independence; as persons who have a contribution to make to the communities of which they are a part.
