Frontline Community Services is an approved provider under the Home- and Community-Based Services Waiver. Among the services provided are:

Through the Supported Living Services, Frontline seeks to enhance a person’s quality of life. Persons admitted to the Supported Living Program, are provided services in carefully chosen residential settings. These homes serve no more than 3 persons living together. These services are available for persons at various levels of need. Supported Living Periodic and Supported Living with Transportation are also provided.
Frontline’s Registered Nurses provide routine nursing supports to the many persons served and coordinate with their physicians, clinicians, hospitals, clinics and nutritionists.
Licensed behavior psychologists provide behavioral support and counseling to people in the residential program. Our psychologists also support people in other agencies in the District of Columbia. Frontline’s behavior support program has the following features:
In-Home Support Services are provided to persons in their natural homes or in the homes of unpaid caregivers. Such services are offered
Frontline provides Respite services to individuals who are displaced on a short term. Such tentative services may be required due to the absence or need for relief to the primary caregiver. During respite, a person will receive all needed supports – health care, food and nutrition, personal care, and community integration.
Frontline Community Services, recognized in the greater Washington D.C. area for dedicated supports and services to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (ID/DD). The agency has a proven track record of person-centered planning and effective program implementation.
The Frontline team supports persons with disabilities to make strides in life; supporting them from dependence to the highest level of independence; as persons who have a contribution to make to the communities of which they are a part.
