Frontline is recognized by the Internal Revenue Services as a 301(c)3 non-profit private foundation. The agency is registered in Maryland with the State Department of Assessments and Taxation (SDAT). In D.C., the agency is registered with the District of Columbia Regulatory Authority (DCRA), and licensed by the District of Columbia Health Care Finance (DCHCF) as a Home and Community Based Services provider, and affiliated as an approved provider agency with the District of Columbia’s Department on Disability Services.
In the academic sphere, Frontline is affiliated with the Washington Adventist University (WAU) to provide training and internships to their graduate students of psychology and social work. WAU also offers Frontline staff a substantive discount in their tuition fees, and extends the same to the family members of staff.
