Alexander Shrady Jr. has been with Frontline Community Services since 2013 and currently serves as the Director of Training, where he oversees staff training and development under the District of Columbia DDS Training Institute. Since 2013, Mr. Shrady Jr. has held previous roles with Frontline, serving as the Human Resources Director. He holds a Master of Jurisprudence in Labor and Employment Law from Tulane University School of Law. He is currently working on his Ph.D. in Higher Education Administration at Liberty University, where he plans to utilize the knowledge gained to leverage superior training standards to advance the mission of serving individuals with disabilities. When he is not developing staff, he serves as Assistant Ice Hockey Coach for the West Virginia Vipers, a non-profit high school hockey team
