Mr. Shrady Sr. has formerly worked with the Federal Bureau of Investigation. He has also been a coordinator and financial manager of a large non-profit in Long Island, NY, where he assisted in the housing program for displaced families. He also has experience serving people with disabilities. His organizational abilities are an asset to the agency. He serves as a Eucharist Minister at the Washington National Cathedral in Washington, D.C.
As Vice President of Operations at Frontline, he directs the day-to-day functioning of the office and the field units. He advises the Frontline board and president on financial planning, insurance policies. His various roles include liaison between Frontline and local and federal government agencies in the District of Columbia and Maryland.
