Mr. Williams joined the Frontline team in 2016, after earning a master’s degree from Yale University. He is a former banker and served the Jamaica Defense Force Cooperative Credit Union as Risk & Compliance Officer. He has always been passionate about delivering quality service at every level of responsibility. At Frontline, Mr. Williams provides leadership to the Communications team and heads a division in the program department as Supervisory Program Manager. He also serves as Incident Management Coordinator and has earned a reputation for his in-depth inquiry and fair assessments of information gathered as a licensed investigator.
