Ms. Malandi holds a MA Liberal Arts degree. She has 30 years’ experience in the field working with persons with disabilities as a case manager at the Kennedy Institute, a residential program in the District of Columbia. Committed to providing high quality supports to people with intellectual and developmental disability, she started her career as an assistant program director at Frontline and was promoted to being the head of program services. She supervises three program managers, and seven program coordinators, and more than 125 direct support staff. Her tasks include coordinating the admissions committee, new referrals, transitions of people coming into Frontline.
