Ms. Pallipamula was a successful science teacher in high school and college. She has dedicated her time and skills to building Frontline into a strong agency with sound and effective systems. She helped develop several of the policies and procedures, reviews service and plans for compliance with the agency’s Quality Management Plan, government regulations as well as the policies of the Department on Disability Services. She chairs the Compliance Committee, and has oversight of the Incident Management, Human Resources and Quality Management departments.
