The agency is registered in Maryland with the State Department of Assessments and Taxation (SDAT) in D.C. the agency is registered with the District of Columbia Regulatory Authority (DCRA) and licensed by the District of Columbia Health Care Finance (DCHCF) as a Home and Community Based Services provider, and affiliated as an approved provider agency with the District of Columbia’s Department on Disability Services.
