Frontline Medical Center is a nonprofit clinic and extension of Frontline Community Services. Frontline Medical Center is committed to serving the needs of Frontline’s persons served in addition to a broad spectrum of residents from Montgomery County and surrounding counties, particularly those who are unable to pay for COVID testing, preventative care, and basic health care.

Frontline Medical Center’s services include, but are not limited to:

• COVID-19 vaccinations
• COVID-19 rapid & PCR testing
• LabCorp services
• General health care support
