Alexander Shrady Jr. has held various roles within Frontline serving as the Human Resources Director and Training Director. Alex holds a master’s in Jurisprudence in labor and employment law from Tulane University School of Law and currently serves as Frontline’s Director of Human Resources and Corporate Affairs. Alex is working on his Ph.D. in Higher Education Administration at Liberty University with a view to advancing training standards, and in so doing, to improve the level of service to individuals with disabilities. Outside of work, Alex coaches the West Virginia Vipers, a nonprofit high school ice hockey team.
