
Penny Malandi
Vice President, DC DDS Program
Penny Malandi holds a master’s degree in Liberal Arts and has over 30 years’ experience working with persons with disabilities at the Kennedy Institute, a residential program in the District of Columbia. Committed to providing high quality supports to persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities (ID and DD), she started her career at Frontline as the Assistant Program Director and has since been promoted to head of the DC Program overseeing a team of program managers, program coordinators and more than 200 direct support staff. Penny's many duties include staff supervision and reporting, the coordination of the Admissions Committee, managing new referrals and ensuring the smooth transition of persons served transferring into Frontline.
